2. Description of Service & Subscriptions

Chart Detector is an AI-powered service that analyzes charts you submit and provides insights based on the data. We provide this service subject to these terms and conditions.

Chart Detector offers subscription plans that grant unlimited chart analyses and ad-free usage while the subscription is active. Subscriptions are managed entirely through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Prices and other details can be viewed in the respective store. We have no control over the subscription process.

Subscriptions are tied to the account used in the app store. If your subscription expires, your previous chart history may become unavailable, especially if the app is deleted and reinstalled. As long as the subscription is active, you will have continuous access to your chart history.

Refunds may be requested by the user. However, unless there is a bug or problem directly related to the service, granting a refund is at our sole discretion.

Example Scenarios:

• Active Subscription: You can submit unlimited charts and access all previous chart history.
• Subscription Expired: You cannot submit new charts. If the app is deleted and reinstalled, previous charts may be lost.
• User Requests Refund: Refunds for non-service issues (like change of mind) are at our discretion. If a bug prevents chart analysis, a refund may be issued.
• Switching Devices: Subscriptions are tied to the app store account. Switching devices without the same account may prevent access to subscription benefits.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Chart Detector, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Not use the service to generate harmful or inappropriate content
